Sometimes I get leg cramps when I'm surfing - I hate it. It ruins my session. I never had this problem when I was younger! Anyone got a good solution to this problem?
It means you are dehydrated. Make sure you have a glass of water before you hit the surf as there is nothing more annoying than having to get out of the water if it is going off because your calves are cramping up!
Try a banana 1/2 hour before paddling out...

ReplyDeletego for it! take it slow and easy, I'm 57 and its taken me about 3 years to work back up to a reasonable comfort level in small to medium waves.
